We know what targets they have to meet which provides the rest of us the space to ensure what we are working on aligns with the goals. There is true transparency, when we do things right and when there is room for improvement.
The introduction to the culture. During the interview process it was not just if I could to the job but would I be happy doing it. That piece was an important part for me and the company. Learning the vision too. Both the culture and the vision is what made me want the job even more.
