My team interacts and supports one another. I'm not afraid to bring any question or suggestion up to them. I am always supported.
We support each other whether we are taking a vacation or last minute leave for illness, I always feel my team members are willing to step in and help so I can enjoy my time off.

We are remote and I've never had the close relationships with co-workers that I do now. We often vacation together!
