The introduction to the culture. During the interview process it was not just if I could to the job but would I be happy doing it. That piece was an important part for me and the company. Learning the vision too. Both the culture and the vision is what made me want the job even more.

Jacaruso Enterprises takes interviewing seriously. They want to know who you are and what you will bring to the team. They also want to learn about challenges and explain their expectations and resources available to help you. You get to meet mulitple people in the company during the process.

I appreciated being able to speak to various people in different levels of employment, including the owner/CEO. This allowed me to see the bigger picture on a position that I didnt have a clear understanding of at that time.
