The leadership team shares the goals of the company in an open platform. We know what targets they have to meet which provides the rest of us the space to ensure what we are working on aligns with the goals. There is true transparency, when we do things right and when there is room for improvement.
They listen and respond to suggestions and queries from all employees.
They are open to hearing from everyone in the company and encourage open dialogue no matter what your role is in the company.
