Have uniform policies, support the field staff with basics like adequate staffing, management shouldn't hire the least expensive trade partner and think the superintendents will work miracles to get the project completed to standard, on schedule and under budget. That is the expectation though.
Corporate and team leads spend no time at projects beyond a single afternoon once a quarter. They have no idea of the issues in quality, IT, travel, staffing or materials as they are never around long enough. They don't respond to suggestions or even questions.
