What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's an open and collaborative environment where normal people can come together and be themselves.
Always very inclusive, tons of extracurricular things to take on if you'd like, and always creating and offering opportunities to grow and advance your career. I don't feel like another number despite being such a large firm.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Understanding toxic and abusive behavior. Giving women resources in the field to know the standard of reporting harassment without having her job threatened or manipulated to quit.

Getting to work with some of the most talented people in this industry, and some of the coolest projects in town.
working with top professionals in our industry.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe reaching out to HR makes things more difficult in the field but I'm sure in office situations HR is bennificial.
