They listen to their employees and act on items employees express concern about. They make themselves available to all, and go out of their way to be transparent, communicative, and supportive.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Corporate and team leads spend no time at projects beyond a single afternoon once a quarter. They have no idea of the issues in quality, IT, travel, staffing or materials as they are never around long enough. They don't respond to suggestions or even questions.
Know abusive behaviors in the field and understanding the dynamics of healthy work environment.

Some of them have really good experience and it helps us tackle current issues.
Driven, inquisitive, thorough, communicative, effective, sociable
All of my team are builders!
We all have an open mindset and enjoy working together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have uniform policies, support the field staff with basics like adequate staffing, management shouldn't hire the least expensive trade partner and think the superintendents will work miracles to get the project completed to standard, on schedule and under budget. That is the expectation though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's an open and collaborative environment where normal people can come together and be themselves.
Always very inclusive, tons of extracurricular things to take on if you'd like, and always creating and offering opportunities to grow and advance your career. I don't feel like another number despite being such a large firm.

It was enjoyable and comfortable but yet professional all rolled up in one
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Respond. I stopped recommending people because of how poorly they were treated. No response for weeks, ignored calls, no follow up.
What makes you most happy at work?
The end of the day.

Learning and building within the community i am from
Getting to work with some of the most talented people in this industry, and some of the coolest projects in town.
working with top professionals in our industry.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe reaching out to HR makes things more difficult in the field but I'm sure in office situations HR is bennificial.
