I've met some really great people working here. I don't think that's exclusive to this company. There are great people everywhere. I've met not so great people here too, again, not company specific though.
Employees are treated as expendable resources. Management is inconsistent. Your people are your greatest tool, stop treating them like they're easily replaceable or calling it constructive turn over because you suddenly want everyone in a physical office and refuse to work with them.
Learning the systems that their people use. Direct leadership is pretty great, it's when you get higher that the problems start. The senior leaders are essentially middle managers with no say in how things operate and no knowledge of the programs their people use.
