Keyence has an extremely outdated sales strategy mainly consisting of bombarding the same people over snd over with cold calls and emails until they block you or but so that you'll leave them alone. Marketing is based off of the 70s and the overall culture is bland and unexciting. Change is needed.

Company needs to change. Guve salespeople necessary resources and pay them commission they deserve instead of holding the money to brag that you have the high profit margin in factory automation.

Leadership cares about their individual teams and wants them to do well. They lack necessary fesources though due to Japan witholding them to save money even though the CEO is the rochest man in Japan.
