Very very hard. If you are not favored or in the inner circle. People in the inner circle get routine promotions. Others, who are working very hard, get nothing. Kibo has a college, frat, sorority type of clique. It's like a highschool clique. Those in the inner circle can bring in family and friends and they award them fancy titles after placing them in do nothing jobs with huge pay and little to no oversight. Everyone else gets micromanaged and pretty much not promoted or even given a raise. There are two different worlds within Kibo
