Mr. J. Paul Rollinson has been the Chief Executive Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation since August 01, 2012 and serves as its President. He holds an B.Sc. in Geology from Laurentian University and an Master of Engineering in Mining from the McGill University.

Mr. Geoffrey P. Gold, also known as Geoff, has been Chief Legal Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation since May 24, 2006 and its Executive Vice-President of Corporate Development & External Relations since January 01, 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Development since August 9, 2012. Mr. Gold served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Kinross Gold Corporation since October 2013 and served as its Executive Vice-President of Corporate Development & Human Resources. Mr. Gold served as Executive Vice President of Kinross Gold Corporation from February 21, 2008 to August 2012. He served as Company Secretary of Consolidated Puma Minerals Corp. since January 2009. He has more than 12 years in the mining industry and legal experience, both domestic and international. He served as Senior Vice President of Kinross Gold Corporation from May 24, 2006 to February 21, 2008. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Placer Dome Inc. from 2001 to 2006; Assistant Secretary and Associate General Counsel from 1999 to 2006; General Counsel and Secretary for Placer Dome North America from 1998 to 1999 and held other legal positions with Placer Dome from 1994 to 1998. He also served five years in private practice as an Associate with the Vancouver law firm Bull, Housser & Tupper. He has been a Director of Aurelian Resources Inc. since September 2008 and Consolidated Puma Minerals Corp. since June 2008. He served as a Director of Sage Gold, Inc. from August 7, 2009 to October 1, 2010 and Underworld Resources Inc. since May 2010. Mr. Gold completed his Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (with honors) from the University of British Columbia and was called to the bar in 1990.

Ms. Gina M. Jardine has been Senior Vice-President of Human Resources at Kinross Gold Corporation since April 07, 2015. Ms. Jardine has more than 20 years of experience, working in a range of industries and was most recently Vice-President of Human Resources for Rio Tinto's Diamonds and Minerals group, based in London. During her eight years at Rio Tinto, Ms. Jardine also served as Global Hr Executive for Rio's shared services group, supporting 65 countries and 57,000 employees. Ms. Jardine has hands-on experience in a range of HR functions, including integration, organizational design, performance management and employee engagement. A native of Australia, Ms. Jardine has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Mr. Lauren Martin Roberts has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Kinross Gold Corporation since January 1, 2017. Mr. Roberts served as Senior Vice-President of Corporate Development at Kinross Gold Corporation until January 1, 2017. Mr. Roberts served as Regional Vice President of North America and Senior Regional Vice President of America at Kinross Gold Corporation. He has more than 25 years of experience in the gold mining industry. He previously worked at Barrick Gold Corporation and Hecla Mining Company. He completed his BSc in Mining Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and is a Professional Engineer.

Mr. Greg V. Etter serves as Senior Vice-President of Legal, Global Operations & Government Relations for US and General Counsel at Kinross Gold Corporation. Mr. Etter served as and General Counsel and Senior Vice-President of Government Relations - Americas at Kinross Gold Corporation. He joined Battle Mountain Gold Company as Corporate Attorney in 1993 and has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since February 1997. He has been Vice President of Battle Mountain Gold Company since April 1998.

Mr. Paul Botond Stilicho Tomory has been Chief Technical Officer and Senior Vice President of Kinross Gold Corporation since January 1, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice-President of Operations Strategy. Mr. Tomory is responsible for Project Development, Technical Services, Brownfield Exploration, Operations Strategy and Supply Chain. He has been at Kinross since 2008 and most recently oversaw the two-phased expansion approach at Tasiast. He is also overseeing the studies for the Vantage Complex project at Bald Mountain and the Round Mountain Phase W project. He was previously at Bain & Company, focusing on mining and heavy industry and at Golder Associates, where he worked on numerous mining and heavy civil works projects as a geotechnical engineer. Mr. Tomory has a B.A.Sc. and a M.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Mining) from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
