Mr. Martin A. Kits Van Heyningen co-founded KVH Industries Inc., in 1977 and also has been its Chief Executive Officer since 1990 and President since 1982. His past experience is comprised of numerous finance positions including several with GE Capital Corporate Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, as well as KPMG, also in Stamford. Since January 2008 until joining KVH, Mr. Bruun was a Private Consultant. He holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Alfred University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Robert W.B. Kits Van Heyningen is a Founder of KVH industries Inc. and has been its Vice President of Research and Development since April 1998 and served as its Secretary. Mr. Van Heyningen served as a Vice President of engineering at KVH industries Inc., from 1982 to 1998. Mr. Reilly served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Vice President of Nortek Inc. from November 2011 to 2016. Mr. Reilly is a senior financial professional with 30 years of diversified experience in manufacturing, technology, financial services and a variety of specialized industries. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President of AMTROL, Inc. and served as its Vice President-Finance from joining in 1997 to 1998. From May 1992 to October 1997, Mr. Reilly served as a Director of Finance and Corporate Controller of the A. T. Cross Company. Mr. Reilly served as Chief Financial Officer of Evergreen Solar Inc. from January 2011 to November 21, 2011. Mr. Reilly held senior level roles with GTECH Corporation and Ernst & Young. Mr. Reilly is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Providence College.

Mr. Robert J. Balog has been a Senior Vice President Engineering of KVH Industries Inc. since October 2008. Mr. Balog served as Vice President of Engineering for Satellite Products of KVH Industries Inc. from March 2005 to October 2008. He served as president of his own engineering contract services company, Automation Services, Inc., a contract product development and services group specializing in a wide range of automation solutions. Prior to that, he served as vice president of engineering at ADE Corporation in Massachusetts, where he was responsible for overseeing all engineering activities, which ranged from advanced research through new product development for it, a supplier of automated metrology and inspection equipment used in the manufacture of semiconductors. He also held a number of other positions, including general manager and vice president of R&D, over the course of ten years at Speedline Technologies in Franklin, Massachusetts, a supplier of capital equipment to the electronics assembly industry. He has served on the Surface Mount Equipment Manufacturers Association Board of Directors, serving as chairman along with numerous other positions. Additionally, he is the recipient of 10 U.S. patents. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Mr. Mark Woodhead has been Senior Vice President of EMEA at KVH Industries Inc. since March 2017 and was its Senior Vice President of Training and Content until March 2017. Mr. Woodhead served as Managing Director of Media Group at KVH Industries Inc. from May 2013 to January 1, 2017. Mr. Woodhead has a strong background in sales, having focused primarily on content licensing and syndication. He earned a BSC in Politics and Economics from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 1993.

Ms. Anneley Pickles serves as the Head of Business Development for Crewlink & Projects at KVH Industries Inc. Ms. Pickles served as the Head of Business Development for The Crewtoo Social Network at KVH Industries Inc. since April 22, 2014 until December 2015. Ms. Pickles has worked in the maritime industry for nearly 20 years as a sales executive with some of the industry's most prestigious companies, including Lloyd's of London. She was Director of a leading recruiting company focused on maritime professionals both at sea and onshore. She is the founder of the First Thursday Maritime Networking event in Liverpool and an active member of the Women's International Shipping and Trading Association. Ms. Pickles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Sheffield Hallam University, in South Yorkshire and an Associate's degree in Business & Finance from Nelson and Colne College, in Lancashire.

Jennifer Baker serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of KVH Industries, Inc.. Jennifer started at KVH Industries, Inc. in September of 2016. Jennifer currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
