How does Lasership make decisions around promotions?

I don't think they take this seriously. In all honesty, it's how you value yourself The people who desperately need a job and who are stuck (disadvantaged, uneducated, especially), they take advantage of and they may not get a promotion. if you have a sense of worth and are a good workers, you may get a promotion.
