That you’ll be treated like meat and that all the men there especially Tom Mara cheat on their wives while professing that they are “family men”. It’s a terrible place.
Unfortunately, that it is a misogynist, good 'ole boy network & culture, much like that of any of the companies currently in the news relating to abusive environments. It was a hard lesson to learn and thank you that I'm out.
That it very excruciating to work there.

How's the leadership on the Admin team at Lasership?
Answer above is correct. When I first worked there, I was astounded at all of the mental abuse. I thought I walked into some insane asylum, then I realized it you don't adapt to that mentality, you should go. The disordered ones remain or the ones who are sheltered from it to some extent.
Most of the leadership team has given in to the mental illness/abusive environment that exists there.

2 week if you're lucky.
sub-par two weeks if you're lucky if you're salary, Lord only knows about the poor hourly people. I honestly don't know the answer.

It’s horrible in any department at LaserShip. Too much unabridged, mental illness, abusive personalities running around there.
