Quick, fast-paced.

I can't even begin to tell you. Stay away.
What are your coworkers at Lasership like?
some of great, some are not. I can only tell you when I was there, for the first year, it was like a mental hospital, but then you get used to the dysfunction, but's not good, no matter how much time goes on.
How does Lasership make decisions around promotions?
I don't think they take this seriously. In all honesty, it's how you value yourself The people who desperately need a job and who are stuck (disadvantaged, uneducated, especially), they take advantage of and they may not get a promotion. if you have a sense of worth and are a good workers, you may get a promotion. There were people there who were there over 14 years, if I recall, that never got one raise. They were the working, poor. How they made it in the world, no one knows.
What does the leadership team at Lasership need to get better at?
The Director of East Operations is Great. The chief Strategist and COO are great. Everyone else, needs to go back to high school
