What benefits does LaunchSquad provide?
Benefits are pretty amazing. Great PPO for healthcare. Dental was better than what I have now. Vision plan was great. 401k has a match program. They pile it on with extra benefits, too – birthday off, volunteer time, matching donations, team lunch on Mondays, Summer Fridays, wellness stipend, family leave policy.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from LaunchSquad?
HR, Partner, VP and Manager Things moved fairly quickly from phone screening to interview to hire. Maybe 2-3 week process.
