Heavy workload, terrible culture/no family values, profit driven to the point of nothing else matters. Internal culture shows in results: lowest rated trust among customers vs. peers.
Everything! The trades couldnt cut a right angle if their lives depended on it. And Customer Service spends more time trying to convince the homeowners that the problem isnt a problem, that it would just take to fix the damn problem. Basically, the whole company is scum.
