I have worked for Lennar for 10 years and have really had a good experience. From the CEO to the division leadership I see people doing the right things for the right reasons. Even when no one is looking. That is rare, especially in a company this sized.
Senior leadership is unproffesional, unethical and extremely divisive. They preach about transparency and teamwork yet model zero percent of those attributes. The women are harshly criticized and belittled by senior female leadership, while the men are consistently hailed with concillatory gestures.
Good, but fast paced with above average stress.
