What do you like best about the leadership team?
Understanding and insightfull. Also very competent.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Zero respect for employees personal life, my boss is a complete crybaby if things dont go his way. He seriously whines when I tell him about an issue to the point you just want to hide everything. Many of my collogues have quit, a lot of turnover. Those who stay are here because the pay is decent
Family is the key tagline here but Traditionalism makes employees feel more distant.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great commission and health insurance, lots of pto available even though there are blackout dates
My favorite compensation is the 401k match.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the work load js incredibly high, constantly swamped with tasks and paid less than competitors
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team all wants to win, no slackers and they enjoy the industry
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers could improve if senior leadership expected some level of accountability and transparency.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The easiest thing to say is Lennar cares about its associates and understands that treating them well adds to the bottom line.
The free lunches and some of my coworkers are inredibly smart, hard worker and all around great people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The "winner takes all" attitude is for losers. Management honestly believes they are the best in the business to a fault. They are total jerks and have plenty of misteps but blame it on everyone else. CEO/Owner are total jerks, a lot of horror stories. I'm looking to leave this place ASAP
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was thorough and fair.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The company's onboarding process is excellent. My local interview process was ridiculous and unprofessional. I wish I would have heeded the warning signs.

The way we treat customers is terrible, its all about costs/profits not doing the right thing
