What are your coworkers at Level 3 Communications like?

Like most big business companies there is a varied assortment of personality types prevalent within the company. Most of the people I have worked with are dedicated individuals who are trying their best to produce results, day in and day out. People are willing to reach out and ask for assistance to help get situations resolved. Sometimes the scale of the company makes it harder to know where to reach out to or to whom, but for the most part I feel like my day is spent dealing with professional individuals committed to producing a quality product.

Many worked together for many years so it was more like a family atmosphere.

Level 3 Communicationa in name only has ceased to exist.
