The job is commission only and there is constant pressure to get sales from poor leads that have been contacted several times before.
I have been a customer for 10 years, because my phone company changed their system, Life Alert was no longer compatible. The rep tells me in order to help my mother, I have to upgrade for an addition cost. I said no, we cannot afford that. This was in July, it was canceled. You still took my money.
