If we were allowed to just do our jobs rather than spend hours (days sometimes) in company-wide meetings whose sole purpose is to pretend to be enthusiastic about Litera, morale would improve.
The leadership team is more concerned with appearing to be a "world class" tech company than a functional business. Decisions are made randomly and all leadership positions seem to be vacated and re-filled every 6 months.
