What do you like best about the leadership team?
Awesome, very trach savy leaders
They seem to be on the same page.
Very encouraging, forward-thinking and smart. No politics.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is more concerned with appearing to be a "world class" tech company than a functional business. Decisions are made randomly and all leadership positions seem to be vacated and re-filled every 6 months.
Everything, they aren't qualified to lead. The do everything counter to what you would expect a decent human and organization to do.
Communication, not protecting abusive, serial sexual harassers because they get results
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Decent PTO and health benefits
Regularly paid on time including expenses
Gratuity is apart from Salry
Salary and vacation is solid
It rewards effort and contribution.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are dictated to, they have no voice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a great team from an acquistion.
Truly kind and support people; sharp and driven; realistic and optimistic (at the same time)
Amazing team to work with, proactive approach
The people are talented and passionate.
They got rid of my team or moved them under blanket roles
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If we were allowed to just do our jobs rather than spend hours (days sometimes) in company-wide meetings whose sole purpose is to pretend to be enthusiastic about Litera, morale would improve.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are genuinely nice and there is real focus on being diverse
The culture is defined and communicated.
Everyone embraces the same vision and there is a lot of communication.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g Stop the grinding culture, or admit you're a sales shop not a technology company

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No focus on products or support for those products. Management more concerned with appearance than productivity. Overall lack of cohesion or vision.
