What are some of the best things about your team?I work with a great team from an acquistion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Decent PTO and health benefits
What is the best part about your compensation package?Regularly paid on time including expenses
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? No focus on products or support for those products. Management more concerned with appearance than productivity. Overall lack of cohesion or vision.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? If we were allowed to just do our jobs rather than spend hours (days sometimes) in company-wide meetings whose sole purpose is to pretend to be enthusiastic about Litera, morale would improve.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team is more concerned with appearing to be a "world class" tech company than a functional business. Decisions are made randomly and all leadership positions seem to be vacated and re-filled every 6 months.
