Communication, not protecting abusive, serial sexual harassers because they get results
Employees are dictated to, they have no voice.
If we were allowed to just do our jobs rather than spend hours (days sometimes) in company-wide meetings whose sole purpose is to pretend to be enthusiastic about Litera, morale would improve.
Be respectful and empathetic towards coworkers
