  • The VP of R&D has a great approach to getting things done without drama. He empowers people to get things done and the priorities are very clear to everyone: - Our standing orders set our priorities on everything: 1. Issues impacting customer use 2. Customer PoCs, Pilots & demonstrations 3. Customer requested enhancements 4. Strategic developments 5. We must do enough of #4 to maintain our innovation lead.
