
People in this company are afraid to stand up and speak up because honestly in the economy we live in people really need their jobs right now they're barely holding on trying to recover from the losses during covid however what loves could improve on is actually taking the time out to properly train each of its employees bring diversity into the company give proper training EEOC training should be given to management and staff take the time out to not just promise to help that person blossom in the company and be a success but to actually take accountability and put forth the effort into making management do their jobs because people like me who really do love what they do go to work and it's not a job it's just another day it's not stressful when you love what you do but when you have hostile work environments and people that are untrained and not so confident not because they can't do the job but because they have not been properly trained for the job
