
I would personally implement proper training with EEOC and harassment and discrimination because of the location of love and the fact that diversity is truly a factor and let's be honest there are still people who believe in the old ways and they don't know how to migrate over to a world where we are all equal customer service skills need to be given it needs to actually be a class because dealing with irate customers and dealing with difficult situations at the job I've noticed a lot of the people reflect their personal feelings on the customers as well as the employees there's a time and the place for everything and some things are not appropriate to be discussed at the workplace management needs to know that what goes on in management stays in management there should not be jokes about disciplinary actions to other employees from management it's all about principal you got to honestly get to know the people to put the right person in the right place to do the right job the right way
