Mr. Ermanno P. Santilli has been the Chief Executive Officer of MagneGas Corporation since June 15, 2012 and has been its President since August 2, 2016. Mr. Santilli serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MagneGas Arc Applied Solutions Europe. He serves as an Executive Advisor of QFactory33. He serves as a Board Advisor of Guardian Angels Catholic School and Posimoto Changing Faces. He served as an Interim President of MagneGas Corporation from June 10, 2013 to April 19, 2016 and also served as its Executive Vice President of International Relations from March 2009 to June 15, 2012. He oversaw all international business development, including customer acquisition, marketing, public relations, contract negotiation and distributor relationship management. He was employed by Ingersoll Rand Company from March 2008 to April 2009, he served as Vice President of Climate Control Business, Global Rail and Aftermarket. He managed sales, business development, product management and warehousing and dealer development with indirect procurement, manufacturing and engineering. He also drove development of new business and rail markets in Australia and India. From March 2006 to February 2008, he served as Vice President of Climate Control Aftermarket EMEA at Ingersoll Rand Company. He was responsible for business development, product management, warehousing, procurement, engineering and dealer development with indirect sales. From December 2003 to February 2006, Mr. Santilli served as Vice President of Customer Relations for Climate Control EMEA at Ingersoll Rand Company. He had operational responsibility for customer satisfaction for customers with total sales aggregating over 1 billion dollars. He served as the Chairman of the Board at MagneGas Corporation and has been its Director since June 21, 2012. He has been a Director of Endurance Exploration Group, Inc. since May 4, 2016. Mr. Santilli earned an MBA from Indiana University in 2007 and a B.S. degree in Operations and Strategic Management from Boston College in 1991.

Mrs. Luisa Ingargiola has been Chief Financial Officer of Avalon Globocare Corp. since February 21, 2017. Mrs. Ingargiola has been Capital Markets Advisor at MagneGas Corporation since December 01, 2016 and also serves as its Executive Vice President of Capital Markets. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of MagneGas Corporation (formerly, 4307, Inc.) since May 4, 2007 until December 1, 2016 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer until December 1, 2016. She was responsible for all financial controls, SEC and FINRA compliance and reporting; ensuring regulatory compliance with EPA, OSHA, DOT and Homeland Security requirements; managing all investor outreach programs; and conducting all capital raises. She served as Secretary of MagneGas Corporation from May 1, 2007 to December 1, 2016. She served as Treasurer of MagneGas Corporation. In 1992, she joined MetLife Insurance Company and served as its Budget and Expense Manager. In 1990, Mrs. Ingargiola worked for Boston Capital Partners as an Investment Advisor in its Limited Partnership Division. She has been an Independent Director of FTE Networks, Inc. since February 15, 2016. She has been a Director of MagneGas Corporation since May 4, 2007. She serves as a Board Director at The JBF Foundation Worldwide. She serves as a Director for OptaCorp. She served as a Director at ES Synergies Inc. since April 8, 2015 until August 11, 2016. She served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of CBD Energy Limited (BlueNRGY Group Limited) from August 05, 2014 to October 23, 2014. Mrs. Ingargiola served as an Independent Director of COPsync, Inc. since February 23, 2016 until March 31, 2017. She graduated in 1989 from Boston University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. She holds an MHA with a concentration in Business from the University of South Florida. Mrs. Ingargiola holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 1996.

Mr. Jack Armstrong has been an Executive Vice President of Strategic Alliances at MagneGas Corporation (formerly 4307, Inc.) since May 2012. Mr. Armstrong served as Senior Vice President of MagneGas Corporation. He has over 20 years experience in the capital markets. He served as a Managing Director at Piper Jaffray, Head of Trading at ThinkEquity Partners and the Senior Vice President of the Corporate Client Group at Northland Capital Markets assisting companies in strategy as well as capital raises. Over his career he has worked with senior level management at several of the largest investment companies through the process of raising an estimated $5 billion of funds over his career. Mr. Armstrong received a Bachelors of Administration in Economics from Arizona State University.
