Mr. Magow has over 23 years of experience in the information technology and Internet industries. After having been a part of our senior management team in 2001 for a few months, Mr. Magow worked as a part of senior management at Tecnovate eSolutions Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of eBookers.com (a United Kingdom-based online travel company that was listed on NASDAQ until it was acquired by the Cendant group in February 2005) from 2001 to June 2006. Mr. Magow was part of the senior management team that set up eBookers??? call center and back office operations in India and was a board member of Tecnovate from January 2001 to June 2006. Prior to Tecnovate, he also worked with Aptech Limited and Voltas Limited. He has been a Director of MakeMyTrip Limited since November 6, 2012. He serves as Director of MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited. Mr. Magow is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Delhi.

Mr. Mohit Kabra has been the Group Chief Financial Officer at MakeMyTrip Limited since August 2013. Mr. Kabra serves as Senior Vice President of Finance, Administration & Legal and Additional Director of MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited. He has been with MakeMytrip for more than 6 years and has been closely involved in supporting the inorganic expansion through mergers & acquisitions, as well as overseeing the financial accounting & planning and legal compliance at MakeMyTrip Limited. Mr. Kabra has about 23 years of corporate finance leadership experience, including roles of Finance Director at Kohler India and Financial Controller at Pepsi Co. India. Other career assignments include various F&A portfolios at Seagrams, Colgate Palmolive & Nagarjuna Fertilizers. Mr. Kabra served as a Director at MakeMyTrip Limited. since January 29, 2015. Mr. Kabra is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Mr. Keyur Joshi co-founded MakeMyTrip Limited in 2000 and serves as its Strategic Advisor. Mr. Joshi co-founded MakeMyTrip (India) Pvt. Ltd., in 2000 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He served as the Head of Sales at MakeMyTrip (India) Pvt. Ltd. He served as Chief Commercial Officer of MakeMyTrip Limited. Mr. Joshi is the co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Makemytrip.com Inc. He has 10 years experience in the US travel industry. He served as Chief Operating Officer at MakeMyTrip Limited. He joined MMT from JustFares.com. Mr. Joshi established MMT's fulfillment network in the US, UK, Australia and India and is also responsible for establishing the core processes for customer service and operations, including ticketing, packages and other services. He served as the Chief Architect of the flights booking engine. Mr. Joshi served as Senior Officer at Tata Motors from March 1997 to March 1998. He served as a Director of MakeMyTrip Limited since November 6, 2012 until January 29, 2015. Mr. Joshi holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Gujarat University, India and an Master's degree in Business Administration from the City University of New York, United States.

Mr. Ritwik Khare serves as Chief Business Officer of International Hotels & Key Accounts at MakeMyTrip Limited and served as its Head of Business Development - Hotels and Senior Vice President. Mr. Khare joined MakeMyTrip in 2012 to lead the business development and hotels supply team. He also served as Business Head for Hotel Travel, a MMT Group company based in Thailand. He worked with Citibank managing distribution for the Mortgage Business and did a stint in credit for the bank. Before this, he has had short stints with HSBC and Evalueserve. He served as President and Convener for the Delhi branch of Nehru Bal Sangh. He is a Gold Medalist from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi from where he earned his MBA degree. He graduated from Sri Ram College Of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Mr. Sanjay Bhasin serves as Chief Operating Officer of Air & Ground Transport for MakeMyTrip Limited. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Goibibo at PayU Payments Private Limited. Mr. Bhasin is a media veteran with 23 years of rich and diverse experience in the industry. He has 20 years of experience in Internet, Mass Media, Print / Radio / TV sector and has been part of many founding teams such as Indiatimes.com, Walt Disney's launch in India, FM Radio and Television ventures of The Times of India Group. Prior to the MakeMyTrip ' Ibibo Group merger, Mr. Bhasin served as the Chief Executive Officer of Goibibo.Com at ibibo Group Private Limited. He served as President of Revenue and Business Development of PayU Payments Private Limited. He served as Executive Vice President of Revenues and Business Development at ibibo Web Pvt Ltd.(also known as ibibo.com Web (p) Ltd). Mr. Bhasin take up advertising sales and business development functions that drive monetisation for all of ibibo.Com's properties. Prior to joining the Ibibo group, he was associated with The Walt Disney Company, India as Vice President of Ad Sales. He served as Vice President of Sales at V&S Broadcasting since Octobber 2007. He has worked with UTV, Walt Disney India, MTV, Indiatimes.Com, Buena vista (Disney & Lalit Modi's JV) and Times Group. He began his career with Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd in 1990. He also overlooked sales rights for major TV events such as Femina Miss India, Filmfare Awards and popular international sports events. As Director of Ad Sales at MTV India, he launched MTV Roadies, MTV Style Awards, MTV Youth Icon Awards and MTV Music Awards-IMMIES. He re-launched and brought the Disney Channel and Toon Disney to India, accelerating revenues for the entire company and making his role extremely vital to UTV Movies and UTV World Movies. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the prestigious Hans Raj College, Delhi University and an MBA from the equally reputed SP Jain University, Pune.

Mr. Deepak Tuli has been Senior Vice President of Growth Business at MakeMyTrip Limited since November 2015. Mr. Tuli has over 10 years of experience in the e-commerce ecosystem, with expertise in diverse areas including mobile platforms, digital marketing, product management, P&L management and CRM among others. He was a part of the launch team at Yatra, where he set up the non-air business for the company. Mr. Tuli has done PGDBA in Airlines and Travel related Business Management from Sky Line Business School and completed Naspers Harvard Executive Management Program in General Management.

Mr. Parikshit Choudhury serves as Senior Vice President of Lodging Partner Services at MakeMyTrip Limited. Following the merger between MakeMyTrip and Ibibo Group, Mr. Choudhury leads the domestic hotels, holidays and alternative accommodations supply and business development teams of GoIbibo and Makemytrip. Prior to the merger, he was leading the Global Category, Seller facing Product and Global Supply teams for goibibo. He has nearly a decade and a half of large PnL, Sales and Business Development management experience across geographies with organizations like GE, goibibo.com, magicbricks.com, MRF Tyres etc. He has in-depth understanding of business strategies, people management & PnL management in internet and brick & mortar companies. An expert in data driven decision making, he is equally adept in devising broad level strategies and then translating them into executable action items. Besides being an avid internet reader where his interests revolve around business, technology, history, sports, organizational behavior etc. Mr. Choudhury holds MBA from ITM group of Institutions in Marketing Management and has attended NASPERS Catalyst Leadership Program in association with Harvard Business School.
