
People really like our CEO. He cares about the business and our clients and wants to ensure we're doing what is right for them. As a customer experience company he gets a lot of respect for running the business that way. He is also extremely smart when it comes to business sense, continually reviewing what is working, where we want to go, what we're doing for enterprises, and our different verticals, and making sure we're doing it with fiscal responsibility in mind. Smart way to run a business.
I have not heard anything negative about our CEO. He is very upfront and extremely smart about business, and particularly about our business and the numbers. He is involved in diving into understanding our customers, talking to them, talking about the market and where it is headers. I do not see anything at this time for what we need that he needs to improve.
He's doing well.
