How's the work life balance at MaritzCX?
Like any tech company you're expected to do a lot.
Excellent balance, we create our own work schedules
We are a technology company so that says something when it comes to work-life balance. I do not know of a tech company that people work from 9-5 or that it doesn't require quite a few hours. With that said, we are encouraged to take time off, regenerate, enjoy our families. We also participated in the Day of Caring and other services projects which are encouraged.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at MaritzCX?
Develop more community/charity activities for the employees
Make more noise when it comes to getting together and doing things at lunches, or off sites together. We do it, but I think we could do more.
Get rid of your low performers.
What do people at MaritzCX think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
People really like our CEO. He cares about the business and our clients and wants to ensure we're doing what is right for them. As a customer experience company he gets a lot of respect for running the business that way. He is also extremely smart when it comes to business sense, continually reviewing what is working, where we want to go, what we're doing for enterprises, and our different verticals, and making sure we're doing it with fiscal responsibility in mind. Smart way to run a business.
I have not heard anything negative about our CEO. He is very upfront and extremely smart about business, and particularly about our business and the numbers. He is involved in diving into understanding our customers, talking to them, talking about the market and where it is headers. I do not see anything at this time for what we need that he needs to improve.
He's doing well.
What interview questions does MaritzCX ask?
It depends on the manager, the group, and the job opening.
Availability questions, equipment questions, whether you have an issue with being monitored live.
What's the work from home policy like at MaritzCX?
Each manager determines what works for their team.
We do a lot of work at home projects.
How's the vacation policy at MaritzCX?
Good, there is not a set number of days, which is nice. Although, you have to manage based on your workload so it makes it difficult when you're very busy to break away.
Excellent, There are no limits on vacation. Just need to manage workload. It's actually great.

calm and community oriented.
Mostly laid back and fun.
How helpful was your Marketing team when you were first hired at MaritzCX?
Excellent. With onboarding information and they worked with the HR team as well.
What part of MaritzCX's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Its growing at a steady climb across the board.
Does MaritzCX drug test or do a background check?
They do a background test upon hiring all employees. I believe they can do a drug test randomly if-or-when they feel the need.

Average, but great supervision.

Straightforward and simple process in my experience.
What's the company culture like at MaritzCX?
It is a fairly open environment- work hard, play hard attitude. We are very customer-centric and all our discussion are about how we make our customers experiences better, and how we make our employees experiences better. Our CEO is very open and upfront and really wants employees feedback.
What are you most excited about working at MaritzCX?
The people, the customer experience market is exciting, our progress in the market, and winning customers, and how we're making a difference for some amazing large-and-mid-sized companies is exciting.
Does MaritzCX have any remote positions?
Yes, we have certain positions and people that work from their home offices.

It is a discussion and final decision between the CEO, and the executive team.
