CDW makes systematic changes to SalesForce to Certinia and did not think the whole process through which has caused vendors not being able to access the new system causing double and triple work and venders not to be paid on time, no bonuses of any type and your yearly and annual reviews are a joke.
Great Service and Support from CDW
There is little room for growth in career advancement and after a financial crisis all bonuses and incentives were removed. Now it is a typical company with nothing special to put it above the rest.

How much and how often do raises happen at CDW Corporation?
My second year and still haven't received one.
In Sales Dept its all about how much commission/profit you sell
Can be up to twice per year. The normal annual performance based raises are at the beginning of the year. Then management has the option to do a second on mid-summer for merit increases or employee retention.

Usually based on sales #'s or favoritism

They were EXTREMELY helpful. Most of us were brand new so we were able to help each other with areas of technology that one another might be weak in. We also had a few senior reps on the team who were more than willing to offer counseling, advice etc...
