Out of 103 CDW Corporation employee reviews, 69% were positive. The remaining 31% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping CDW Corporation improve their work culture. The Sales team, with 76% positive reviews, reports the best experience at CDW Corporation compared to all other departments at the company.
CDW is involved with "diverse markets" ranging from government, education, state and local, business, etc. so this helps gain traction even when 1-2 markets are flat.

Very responsive to assist you when needed.
My personal leadership team within my department is above and beyond what a typical individual in that role would do for their team. We are treated equally, our managers make time for them to be able to have individual relationships with each member of their team, and they are beyond reliable.
They seem genuinely supportive and desire success from those below them.
The management within my department makes us feel like a team. There is no division between roles, no apprehension to ask questions, and therefore we see outstanding results each day.
Listen to coworkers. When coworkers report discrimination and harassment, they hide behind legal teams and take no ownership.
The leadership team should all be fired for new blood. These people have been working at CDW their entire careers and have no idea how other organizations operate. The continue to be dishonest and they continuously spin negative things in a positive light, as if we are not intelligent. Shameful.
My direct leader does not know how to communicate or lead. Shouldn't have been given the role.
better collaboration with the entire department
Stop making so many changes. Quotas should be seasonal not monthly

The total stock options and benefit package
Insurance and PTO benefits. Work flexibility.
Pay is above industry average

While the premiums are high, CDW's benefits are top-notch.
Stock and options have consistently been paid out above target due to great performance
Management needs to understand where the value is being added in the organization. They have promotions going to the communicators of success, rather than the people who are making the sacrifices, innovation and achievement. When success happens, management has the responsibility to reward it.
We should all be paid more, and we should all have additional resources, as this company only cares about its shareholders and the bottom line. They save lots of money by having us do the job of 2 to 3 people, as well as having us work 11 to 12 or more hours each day. CDW IS A GREEDY COMPANY.
Not great pay, barely above a non skilled worker and the role requires more technical knowledge to complete.
This job requires more work then any other company I've worked for and I took a huge pay cut.
More time off/flexible time off
Our collaboration, willingness to support anyone who needs assistance, and trust were developed by individuals who work alongside each other daily and work well together as a unit.
Honest and transparency. Theyre like my real family.
CDW is a collaborative and team oriented company.
We work hard and play hard
The cohesion and excellent cooperation amongst colleagues to get tasks performed and projects well done efficiently on time and on or under budget.
COMMUNICATION !!! Better prep before meetings so we can get our notes ready in order to have a more successful outcome.
Coworkers need to understand their roles. They also need to communicate effectively and efficiently. There are too many layers to get approvals, and it takes way too long to make a simple change here.
Nothing, it's not their fault we have too much work to complete with no down time.
Nothing they are great word
Review from Sales Dept
The friendships and relationships I've made with a handful of coworkers, plus the valuable knowledge and life lessons for my future.
People like each other and still feels like family
The management really cares about all of us and makes an extra effort to help us be and do our best while inspiring us to improve by their own examples.
Before the pandemic, it was the free lunches.
Leadership on the floor is willing to do anything that they would ask you to do. When problems arise, leadership doesn't look for anyone to blame, but seeks solutions to problems. But some QAs can be strict with their duties and it can be a hassle to tactfully steer them the right way occasionally.
Treat all coworkers fairly. Don't violate corporate policy or federal law and don't discriminate against gender, age, sexual orientation and veteran status.
Get rid of senior leadership and start all over. Stop making CDW a "sales organization" because this is putting CDW at tremendous risk.
They could give us more money
My manager at the time didn't approach it as an interview. He approached it as a conversation to ensure my comfort. I didn't realize until after the interview was over that he had asked certain questions that would apply to the position i was interviewing for. It was extremely impressive.
The quality of the interviewers, including HR, the staff and managers was good.
Met people at different levels to get perspectives
The challenging questions the interviewing panel "threw" at me, especially the unusual ones I did not expect.
Quiet casual little room, only two interviewers.
Streamline the process so that it does not take so long.
My teammates and learning from the best manager I've worked under in 20 years.
The people I work with
Seeing and working with inspiring people whom I truly admire while accomplishing significant acts and projects of which I and we all can be really every proud.
If my boss takes the day off.
My coworkers and the ability to speak candidly and amiably with my customers.

Please pay closer attention to your employee's complains about management.
Supportive co-workers willing to train and answer questions if needed.
Leadership given to the employees who deserve it and remove the ones that can't do their job.
