COMMUNICATION !!! Better prep before meetings so we can get our notes ready in order to have a more successful outcome.
Coworkers need to understand their roles. They also need to communicate effectively and efficiently. There are too many layers to get approvals, and it takes way too long to make a simple change here.
Nothing, it's not their fault we have too much work to complete with no down time.
