Accelerate the change from the legacy tech company culture. Casual dress code, treat people like adults, actually put your employees first in your policies instead of attempting to cut costs with half-hearted attempts at changing culture.
How's the vacation policy at Dimension Data?
Not bad. Starts at 15 or 16 days per year. End of year is a mandatory shutdown for a week but you have to use your PTO.
