Interactive teamwork and just great team to work with
I don't have anything to say since it kept changing
they listen to their juniors
They are dynamic and willing to adapt
Make you feel like part of the team
Fault or clear ideas and leadership. Very short term scope. Fault of employee care, continuous stress over productive employees due to lack of forecast (the unique worries are the end of month, no more far away). Mismatch between level of capacity and level of management staff.
Executive management has little or no understanding of what customers want and need. They focus only on metrics and will alter the way they are measured to make the numbers look better.
Hit or miss. Good people to work with some visionaries but poor on execution during change. Many are unable or unwilling to make changes
restore the culture
I get to choose the percentage I want, have access to it and HR/PAYROLL is just a phone call and email away!
30% variable portion is a bit to high
women under paid (I know this as a compensation professional)
I believe the compensation is fair
If we actually get an increase annually it would be great and not get penalised because they mad mistakes.
poor salary remuneration salary to be improved
As i am doing more just ensuring delivery im doing solutions sales and not getting no compensation or acknowledgment
fat salary as per experience , performance
Yes. I do. Me and many other mates will feel better if we have a clear focus in next future (we are anchored in the past). Beside DD Spain not afford new ways to work as working from home (there are not witting rules), dynamization groups, etc
Young and eager to perform
There is no team only myself and my manager
Dedication and innovation. There some that still need support to reach the correct level, but overall, the team is professional and dedicated
Great professionals and mates. Professional and personal talking.
Driven and get things going
It not the coworkers that's the problem really it's the structure and performance metrics which affects the workers.
Because we are spread across the globe it is always a challenge to communicate and keep work flowing. In light of that we need to continue to improve our communication tools.
The driver and urge to please our clients
The great collaboration between colleagues of the same level of hierarchy (line production, basically)
No micro management, trust and freedom to do things effectively and on time. Teamwork.
My coworkers, definitely not executive management.
Team work to achieve results and help customers with their businesses
The top structures and what they consider important.
stop being a boys club
I could speak openly and freely
assessment of knowledge for the desired position
It's an impersonal process being interviewed by a screen
My team and my management
When the day is done
Providing Customer satisfaction and the relationships built with my clients
Being able to help customers achieve through technology their business gaols
All about the people around me, we all shared a winning culture and everyone is very driven towards the goal, that attitude drives me.
Focus is on metrics and documentation not customer service. It can be improved if management will listen to customers. There needs to be less of a focus on growth through acquisition and more on growth of the existing customer base.
