There is no team only myself and my manager

Dedication and innovation. There some that still need support to reach the correct level, but overall, the team is professional and dedicated

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It not the coworkers that's the problem really it's the structure and performance metrics which affects the workers.

Because we are spread across the globe it is always a challenge to communicate and keep work flowing. In light of that we need to continue to improve our communication tools.
