Corporate and medium conservative. Reddish - purpleish like the logo.

I'm happy with things
We have some legacy middle managers and a few, very few, Directors that need to adopt more of our values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony and get more hands on and engage with ALL teammates, but it takes time. Like every company, there are always some late bloomers.
What do people at Insight think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Top Employee Response
We LOVE Ken! Never heard anyone say a negative word about Ken Lamneck. He is a true people leader. Grew up in the business, did the job, can relate to everyone in the company and has open door policy. Super smart, caring leader! West Point Graduate - East Coast mentality - he's the best!
I admire our CEO and think he does a good job of directing Insight in an ever changing market.
My take is we have a great Executive team looking to grow every year as a business within our space
How's the work life balance at Insight?
Top Employee Response
Depends on the group, but most are very flexible. We have a large population of sellers and sales support and there times when they have to work extra hard to close out the month, quarter, etc. and or to get large deals done. Our services organization work very hard when deployed on project but when they are off project, they can work from home, train up, re-cert, help with pre-sales, etc. The support teams HR, Legal, Finance, etc. all have a great work life balance, we work hard and play hard at Insight. IT is super flexible can work remote, from home, etc. as needed because when they are ON, they are ON all night sometimes. Same for our Services organization. When you love what you do, who you do it with and for, it doesn't feel like work... so no one complains about the hours!
Work life balance at Insight is something they do a good job of.
Be prepared for no personal life.
