Mr. Steven W. Dodenhoff, also known as Steve, is the President of Insight United States at Insight Enterprises, Inc. since October 01, 2012. Mr. Dodenhoff served as President of North America at Insight Enterprises. Inc. He is the President at Insight Direct USA, Inc. He served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Business Development at Insight Enterprises, Inc. since January 2012 and served as its Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Dodenhoff served as the President of Enghouse Interactive at Enghouse Systems Ltd. Mr. Dodenhoff served as the President of Interaction Management Group since January 2, 2003. Mr. Dodenhoff served as the President at Syntellect Inc., a Division of Enghouse Systems Ltd. he served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations of Syntellect Inc since June 2001. Mr. Dodenhoff joined Enghouse as part of the acquisition of Syntellect in December 12, 2002. He served as Senior Vice President for the Technology Services Division of MicroAge. Prior to MicroAge, he was General Manager of Integrated Information Systems, an Internet professional services and application outsourcing company focused on digital enterprise transformation. Mr. Dodenhoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Mr. Wolfgang Ebermann has been the President of Insight EMEA at Insight Enterprises, Inc. since January 6, 2014. Mr. Ebermann served for 22 years at Microsoft, where served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Central Eastern Europe. He was responsible for all sales, marketing and services for a multi-billion dollar business with approximately 2,000 employees across more than 20 countries. At Microsoft, he served in several other executive roles including EMEA Vice President for Small, Midmarket and Partner Business. He worked for the Hewlett-Packard Peripherals Group (Europe) as European Software Marketing Manager and focused on strategic account management and marketing. Mr. Ebermann has a Degree in Business Administration, majoring in International Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Applied Sciences in Rosenheim, Germany.

Mr. Robert Kane has been a Senior Vice President of Product Management of Insight Enterprises Inc., since April 8, 2014. Mr. Kane served as Vice President of sales at Insight where he oversaw multiple product lines including hardware, software, cloud services and IT lifecycle delivery solutions. In his new role, he responsible for the product management team, elevating relationships with Insight's strategic partners and driving growth through Insight's sales go-to-market teams.

Ms. Helen K. Johnson has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of North America at Insight Enterprises, Inc. since October 2007 and January 01, 2013 respectively. Ms. Johnson served as a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer of Insight Enterprises, Inc. since October 22, 2007. She joined Insight with fourteen years of corporate finance and accounting experience, primarily focused on treasury, risk management, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations activities. Prior to Insight, she served as Senior Vice president, Treasurer and Investor relations having worked at eFunds Corporation for seven years. Ms. Johnson served various treasury and accounting positions in the healthcare and real estate industries.

Ms. Dana A. Leighty has been the Principal Accounting Officer of Insight Enterprises, Inc. since March 02, 2012 and has been its Vice President since October 2006. Ms. Leighty served as Vice President of Finance of Insight Enterprises Inc. She served as a Vice President of SEC Reporting since October 2006 and is a Certified Public Accountant. She began her career in public accounting in 1987 with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Leighty earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from William & Mary.

Mr. Samuel C. Cowley has been General Counsel and Secretary at Insight Enterprises Inc. since June 07, 2016 and has been its Senior Vice President since July 29, 2016. Mr. Cowley has over 25 years of legal experience representing commercial businesses in roles as both outside and in-house counsel. Mr. Cowley has an extensive track record in all aspects of corporate legal work, SEC regulations as well as deep experience working as the legal advisor to the Board of Directors. He served as Vice President of Business Development, General Counsel and Secretary at Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. since March 2012. Mr. Cowley served as the Executive Vice President of Business Development, General Counsel and Secretary of Matrixx Initiatives, Inc. since May 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Swift Transportation Company since April 2005 and served as its Secretary. Prior to joining Swift in March 2005, he was a Practicing Attorney in the law firm of Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P., Phoenix, Arizona since March 1990. He was a partner with the law firm of Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P. Mr. Cowley's practice was concentrated in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation including Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance and corporate finance. His background also includes over sixteen years with Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P., also of Phoenix, where he worked on dozens of financings and acquisitions for both public and private businesses. Previously, he was associated with Reid & Priest, New York, New York. He served as an Independent Director for Education Management Corporation since October 2009 until April 14, 2015. He served as a Director of Swift Transportation Company from May 26, 2005 to May 2007. He served as an Independent Director of Matrixx Initiatives, Inc. from July 18, 2005 to February 18, 2011. He is admitted to practice Law in the States of Arizona and New York. Mr. Cowley is a graduate of Cornell Law School, Ithaca, New York and Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Russell Eric Leighton serves as Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations for EMEA at Insight Technology Solutions AB. Mr. Leighton has been Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations for EMEA at Insight Enterprises, Inc. since June, 2015. Mr. Leighton serves as Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations for EMEA at Insight Direct (UK) Limited. He managed the EMEA Finance organization for nine years and has been instrumental in the transformation of Insight's EMEA business.

Claire Saddington serves as the Customer Success Executive | Cloud Solutions | Insight of Insight. Claire started at Insight in March of 2018. Claire currently resides in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
