Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
insight wants to make the profit and care little or none on its employees. I had me A+ cert exam cancel as proof.
If we received equity in the company thst would be well received
I am easily replaceable here.

Need better pay. They say the employee-paid benifits is to save us from tax costs, but a taxable employer-paid benefits would allow the workers to get ahead better. There is no stock options or profit sharing.

Work load increases faster than pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
Trauma bonding. We are united by a shared panic every time an HR meeting invite goes out. The only reason this ship stays afloat is because my teammates work miracles to bypass the red tape and leadership incompetence. We support each other because the company absolutely won't. start with fair a salary
More insulation from all the red tape, and more transparency of the reasons why it is being done, and clear answers when questions about approval are requested
