communicating, not sitting on ideas presented to them months ago , and presenting it as their own once issues pile up.
Understanding how the entire company works. Move away from high level view of shareholder as primary concern.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work that could be pushed on you, expectations on training others, documenting training, and very little real recognition
insight wants to make the profit and care little or none on its employees. I had me A+ cert exam cancel as proof.
If we received equity in the company thst would be well received
I am easily replaceable here.

Need better pay. They say the employee-paid benifits is to save us from tax costs, but a taxable employer-paid benefits would allow the workers to get ahead better. There is no stock options or profit sharing.

Trauma bonding. We are united by a shared panic every time an HR meeting invite goes out. The only reason this ship stays afloat is because my teammates work miracles to bypass the red tape and leadership incompetence. We support each other because the company absolutely won't. Just be decent human beings and act professional. Company needs to change culture of abuse.

Working from home is allowed.
We really do care for one another.
They provide a 1st class work environment. Inclusive culture, promotion by merit, and top quality services. The people are great to work with and strive for excellence.

More insulation from all the red tape, and more transparency of the reasons why it is being done, and clear answers when questions about approval are requested
