What do you like best about the leadership team? The communication and support .
What are some of the best things about your team?Helpful, organised, professional, they communicate well with each other and they focus on goals and results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Prioritising employee wellbeing and safety (specially with COVID-19 pandemic), communicating honestly and giving the employee a good environment to work and all the ressources and tools they need.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The supervisor plays favorites and does not cross train, instead gives excuses. Stuck doing the same thing, every single day. No matter if you have 100% every week, no call offs, never late, been there over 3 yrs, it doesn't matter. If you're not liked there you will not do anything new.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? There are no team meetings. If there is a meeting it's to reprimand us. Never s positive thing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?One manager in particular has his favorites. You can beg to be trained on other surveys to get more hours, you can do your best to make HIM look good....you still won't get trained on other surveys. It's just like high school, if you don't fit in you won't advance.
