We are a technology company so that says something when it comes to work-life balance. I do not know of a tech company that people work from 9-5 or that it doesn't require quite a few hours. With that said, we are encouraged to take time off, regenerate, enjoy our families. We also participated in the Day of Caring and other services projects which are encouraged.

Decent. Other then the once a month deploy week which is usually pretty time consuming after hours.
