I enjoyed learning about the organization.
Don't take short cuts to make money and bonuses.
Lack of attention to quality, no hiring competent individuals.
Walk the talk. Too many times things are said, but actions are the complete opposite. Inconsistencies are horrible to try to navigate.
The organization focuses on making bonuses to the point of poor quality care, but the overall benefits package is lacking in every measurable way. Reminds me of a ponzi scheme.
The one's who are competent are very collaborative. Several were hired for a "warm body" which leads to poor morale as the competent colleagues wear out doing the make up work.
