I think a higher pay or better benefits would help me feel better
The organization focuses on making bonuses to the point of poor quality care, but the overall benefits package is lacking in every measurable way. Reminds me of a ponzi scheme.
I sure do because I cannot get paid for the hours I've already completed on assignment. I can even get a phone call back about my money.
I would like to get decent raises and have competitive benefits.

Being part of the in need medical team I think the nurses should be paid more than the colmpany e arms on their back from profit
