What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make an effort to connect with their employees.
Super helpful and understanding. Leadership and good environment starts at the top and they have the best at what they do.
I have leaders that listen when there is a problem in the work place.

Don't take short cuts to make money and bonuses.
They need to quit or be fired because they're customer service skills are horrible and they don't have respect for others time or money

Benefits package and pay raises.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think a higher pay or better benefits would help me feel better
The organization focuses on making bonuses to the point of poor quality care, but the overall benefits package is lacking in every measurable way. Reminds me of a ponzi scheme.
I sure do because I cannot get paid for the hours I've already completed on assignment. I can even get a phone call back about my money.
Better pay and more appreciation
I feel that the common WORKER should be valued with better pay and better benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a small close knit team
The one's who are competent are very collaborative. Several were hired for a "warm body" which leads to poor morale as the competent colleagues wear out doing the make up work.
We all get along really good. Work with proficiency.
We are all team players
I really don't work with them in an office, but they are always supportive
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they are probably just a fed up and underpaid as i am
We do not have meetings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who we work for how we help them and teach them how to care for there child.
We all love what we do
I work independently and often the culture I work in is very negative but my company is always positive and backs me up when needed

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Walk the talk. Too many times things are said, but actions are the complete opposite. Inconsistencies are horrible to try to navigate.

Everything just throw the whole company away and start over

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of attention to quality, no hiring competent individuals.
I haven't been paid the correct amount for my assignment and we are now in week 3. The recruiter refuses to return my phone calls or respond to my text messages
