
I don't - I'm a contractor so those benefits/equity questions don't apply yet.
They lead by example and focus on progress/completion. They're very approachable and have a virtual open door policy.
Flexibility - knowing that we can rely on each other to pick up when we have outside obligations or responsibilities.
Very intelligent, collaboration is encouraged and part of daily life, and we all get along even though we're from different cultures, backgrounds, interests, etc.
Focus on charging ahead as a team and not singling anyone out for a drop or struggle. We're very much one unit rather than a group of mercenaries.
