What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive teams understands what we do and what it's like to be a typical employee.
They are thought of as experts in the field by our partners.
They lead by example and focus on progress/completion. They're very approachable and have a virtual open door policy.
They are industry experts with lots of experience in what it we actually do day to day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The incentives are aligned to mutual benefits.
Compensation is aligned to personal and company performance.
Great flexibility with time off
For me the plan is based on utilization. The more I bill, the more I can earn. Additionally, I can be compensated for identifying sales opportunities and assisting in the sales process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't - I'm a contractor so those benefits/equity questions don't apply yet.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a very diverse group of people.
Small team that is very eager to help one another.
Very intelligent, collaboration is encouraged and part of daily life, and we all get along even though we're from different cultures, backgrounds, interests, etc.
They are experts in there field and know a lot from years of experience and practice. Very lucky to be able to learn from this group.
Very willing to work with one another. Very aligned toward common goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's distributed so I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule.
It's a lot of remote or onsite at clients. Sometimes hard to focus on the internal business when I'm external all the time.
Focus on charging ahead as a team and not singling anyone out for a drop or struggle. We're very much one unit rather than a group of mercenaries.
Very laid back and fun, they make you want to be there.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Very short, a few meetings.
I felt that it was straight forward. They focus on me and how I would fit in personally rather than a script.

What makes you most happy at work?
Learning and applying new things.
Winning an award or doing other work that is publicly recognized.
Flexibility - knowing that we can rely on each other to pick up when we have outside obligations or responsibilities.
I am most happy at work when solve problems that our customers thought impossible to solve.
