I like the projects we work on. They are always new and challenging. Traveling occasionally for training or conferences is an added bonus. That's typically to interesting places.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at MC+A?
More social outings.
What part of MC+A's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Big Data and Analytics is growing a very fast past. Google deprecated a product and they have to be swapped out causing more demand. It's hard to find people who are passionate about these technologies with any skills.
What's the interview process like at MC+A?
1 initial screening, 1 standard technical test, 1 interview with a team member and then the managing director

The opportunity to be with a company while it's growing at a very high pace.

Open / Flexible. Staff is expected to take 3-4 weeks off per year.

A job with significantly more compensation.

Annually for more senior staff or on promotion, Quarterly to semi-annually for college graduates.
