
It happened only in 2017. But the problem in the company is they don't know whom to terminate and who to retain. As a employee we think that doing great job, good quality in work and every year performance rating is meeting 90% would save the job. In-fact everyone put their efforts for securing the job first. Unfortunately MetricStream management/leadership is so worst that they don't even consider how the employee works while terminating. Management is ok to have resources with less salary with bad quality work but they don't want employees whose salary is high though the work quality is great. Think twice before joining here.
Layoffs are not too regular. The problem is management keep the management friendly employees and terminate employees if they have trouble with employee irrespective of employee performance.
