What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every one responds quickly this is the good thing I went through in metric stream
The ceo is terrificallly inspirational
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Should not give any opportunities for them to get better, just throw them out.
It was good company before 2014, few managements involvement was destroyed product quality and lost customers.
Stop Politics and stop egos
Be honest, please don't play politics for your benefits.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not great but not excellent
Very good healthcare and its inexpensive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am from partner my parent company is not providing us benefits being a middle man they are taking all those
Cuts in bonus, no difference in compensation between people who work hard and people who don't do their jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is responsible and hardworking
Smart and dedicated colleages just need to all pull in the same dirextion
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Plan better, know what customer asked, know you tare paid because customer is paying your company

Reduce factions between teams. Too many lasf minute requests and dont listen to feedback. At all
